I have always been a letter writer. If I have a good experience, I write a letter. If I have an enfuriating experience, I write a letter. Over the years, I’ve received a lot of free products and coupons in response to my letters, but still experience a lack of satisfaction that others never know about my experience.
Which has led me here. A site where I can help inform other consumers about the good and bad experiences I have had. For the most part, if I have a bad experience, I rarely give the offender a second chance, so most of my negative reviews are based on one particular experience. I realize the majority of my posts are positive review of my favorite places, but I’m trying to even it out a bit. After all, I do call myself the “critical consumer”, not the “complimenting consumer”.
